Refunds and returns policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.

Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may be some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to {e-mail address} and send your item to : {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift recipient, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
