CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Can I modify or cancel my order? Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, during our customer service hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). After this period, we regret that we cannot accommodate your request.

RETURNING AN ITEM

However, if any item in your order is defective, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at admin@the-parachute-pants.com with photos of the defective item, and we will address your issue.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size for their items; thus, exchanges due to size issues will not be considered.

Custom-made items, such as men’s and women’s jumpsuits, are not eligible for returns.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are also not eligible for returns.
